The Latchingdon Residents Association is a self-appointed group of like-minded neighbours who have been working together to ensure that the residents of Latchingdon can co-exist in harmony with the local businesses. We actively promote local businesses, and believe that they enhance our lives here in rural Essex.

Our charter is as follows;

• To Promote the local businesses of Latchingdon, Purleigh, Mundon and the surrounding villages.

• To provide information on the local area, it's amenities and organisations.

• To Ensure that local businesses adhere to local bylaws, regulations and are properly licensed by appropriate governing bodies.

• To provide an 'interface' between the Parish and District Councils and the local residents.
